What is Ketamine?

Ketamine was initially discovered as a dissociative anesthetic that has been used since the 1970’s. More recently, Ketamine is being used as a psychedelic, in low sublingual doses. Ketamine is the only legal psychedelic presently. It can help to facilitate treatment of many chronic mental health conditions.

Which Mental Health Conditions Can Benefit form Ketamine

Ketamine is used to treat various conditions. Notably the following:
Ketamine allows individuals to experience different planes of consciousness in a similar manner to other classic psychedelic medicines. Often, it allows for a state of ego dissolution, which can be an amazing tool for a mental reset, increased connectedness with the universe, and a deeper understanding of our own inner worlds.
I have seen my client’s have amazing and transformational experiences on their ketamine journeys, where I hold space. I also believe that the true power of ketamine assisted therapy is in the integration therapy sessions we have afterwards, where we put it all together and move forward with enlightenment and amazing new insights into where therapeutic work needs to be more focused.

Ketamine assisted psychotherapy offerings:

“I felt my heart open and the darkness being pulled out.”

“I felt a state of peace and connectedness with the world that I have not felt since I was a child”
